The Seychelles Institute of Technology (SIT) is a TVET institution and it made one of the ten i-hubs selected by UNESCO-UNEVOC in 2019. The new motto of SIT is " Training for Excellence and Opportunities". The mission of SIT is to work in partnership with industry, using quality and responsive programmes which incorporate innovation and research to enrich learners’ competences for employment, entrepreneurship and lifelong learning in a globalized environment.
