The UNESCO Chair on Digitalization in TVET at Shenzhen Polytechnic University cordially invites applications for the TVET Leadership Workshop on Digital Transformation 2025, to be held on November 13-14, 2025, in Shenzhen, China.
This workshop will be held in conjunction with the Global Forum on Digital Transformation in TVET (Shenzhen) 2025 on November 11-12, 2025. All participants selected for the workshop will be invited to attend the Global Forum. The two events aim to provide an international platform for exchanging insights and practices on integrating emerging technologies in TVET and empowering institutional leaders to accelerate digital transformation within their institutions.
Event Features:
Expert Presentations and Panels: Engage with global TVET stakeholders to discuss the latest trends in digital transformation, emerging digital competencies and skills, AI integration in TVET teaching and learning, and innovative models for education-industry collaboration.
Interactive Workshop: Build leadership capacity through hands-on modules covering frontier EdTech applications, institutional readiness assessment tools, demonstrations of emerging technology programmes, and sharing of digital transformation practices in TVET.
Networking Opportunities: Connect with diverse stakeholders including TVET policymakers, institutional leaders, educators, and experts from industry and international organizations during the programme sessions and field visits to exchange insights and foster partnerships.

Target Participants:
Target participants of the TVET Leadership Workshop on Digital Transformation 2025 include:
- Senior leaders, administrators, and programme directors from TVET and higher technical education institutions in developing countries
- Mid-to-senior-level officers from national or regional TVET authorities in developing countries
- Members from UNEVOC Centres are especially encouraged to apply.
Sponsorship:
The UNESCO Chair on Digitalization in TVET at Shenzhen Polytechnic University will sponsor 30 successful applicants, covering round-trip economy class international airfare, local accommodation and meals during the events in Shenzhen.
Please note:
Sponsorship is contingent upon full attendance of both the Global Forum and the Leadership Workshop. Partial attendance is not supported.
Sponsorship does not include visa application fees, travel insurance, local transportation, or other personal expenses.
